We are Atticus...

Atticus is a development consultancy specialising in affordable housing. Based in the North West, we provide services to Housing Associations and Developers across the whole of England and Wales.

Formed in 2013, we have built a team with extensive experience in the delivery of affordable housing and that brings a commercially focussed, but flexible approach.

Our work encompasses all aspects of the delivery process, focussing on the areas where we can add value for our housing association and developer clients.

Our services fall into three broad categories:

Services to housing associations – including sourcing new opportunities and project management services
Services to developers – including advising on affordable housing ‘package deals’
Section 106 disposals – assisting house builders with disposal of Section 106 affordable housing

Atticus have made a significant difference to our Development Team, providing ongoing project management support on six challenging schemes on site. Hannah Jones is an experienced Development Manager with a flexible approach and a strong knowledge of the construction sector. She has been able to make key decisions that are in the best interest of Jigsaw and the scheme. Hannah is an absolute pleasure to work with.
