Atticus is owned and led by Paul Humphries. Paul brings extensive experience from the residential development industry having worked at director-level for a major UK housebuilder as well as one of the North West's largest HA's. He also the Chair of North East Wales Homes Ltd, a local housing company in Wales. Having worked in both private and affordable housing sectors, Paul has a detailed working knowledge of each, and has used this experience and expertise to form partnerships between the two, delivering mutual benefits and successful outcomes.

Tony has worked for Atticus since 2016. Having previously managed the development department of an established North West Registered Provider, Tony has over twenty years’ experience in the industry. He has worked extensively with local authorities, funding agencies, housing associations and property consultants and specialises in site identification, land acquisition and scheme appraisal and feasibility assessments.
Morna joined Atticus in early 2019 following over twenty years in the affordable housing sector. For the last fifteen years Morna has worked as a Development Manager for major North West housing associations. She has extensive experience of working with strategic partners and professional teams to deliver housing developments through public and private sector funding, along with major stock investment improvement programmes to deliver decent homes.

Hannah has recently joined the Atticus team. She has a background in conveyancing law and project management. She is currently working in both our land-finding department and as an external consultant on development projects for our retained clients.

Jen has been a Director of Atticus since it was formed in 2013. With a degree in business and management, Jen works closely with Paul and the team to drive the business forward and supporting clients to meet their own strategic goals.

Goronwy Owen BSc MRICS. Associate - Goronwy joined Atticus at the beginning of 2023. A land and property professional with over 30 years’ experience in the industry and involved in delivering commercial and residential schemes across North Wales and the North West of England for local and regional developers. Experienced in all aspects of land development including site identification, acquisition, purchase agreements, design team management, planning, easements, wayleaves and delivery on site. Goronwy is currently working on affordable housing schemes for our retained clients in North Wales.
