Atticus is led by Paul Humphries. Paul brings extensive experience from the residential development industry having worked at director-level for one of the North West's largest Housing Associations as well as a major UK housebuilder. He is also former Chair of a local authority owned housing company in Wales. Paul is involved in all aspects of the business but specialises in pre and post contract development consultancy for housing associations and local authorities.

Tony has worked for Atticus since 2016. Having previously managed the development department of an established North West Registered Provider, Tony has over twenty years’ experience in the industry. He has worked extensively with local authorities, funding agencies, housing associations and property consultants and specialises in site identification, land acquisition and scheme appraisal and feasibility assessments.
Morna joined Atticus in early 2019 following over twenty years in the affordable housing sector. She has extensive experience of working with strategic partners and professional teams to deliver housing developments through public and private sector funding. Morna specialises in affordable housing disposals for developers as well as pre-contract development consultancy for housing associations.
